Very kind staff, good value for money

Nice clean and polite staff
They have denied booking from booking.com and told us not to book any property from booking.com They charged us more that 2000 more amount and staff were very rude during conversation. I am recommending not to book or visit this property since I will complain against it. My worst experience with this hotel. Even they are not ready to listen anything about booking.com and saying that it's fake site and charged so much amount as much as they want.
They charged me extra than what is shown on booking.com and asked me that they will refund but they didn't refund my money

Location is close to railway station and sarwate bus station. Rooms are spacious and interiors are well maintained. Overall it was a good value for money hotel.

THE LOCATION IS JUST NEXT TO THE STATION. GOOD STAFF, THEY ALLOW ME TO STAY MORE THAN THE TIME LIMIT WITHOUT ANY CHARGE REALLY APPRICIATE.
